Kickingboxing lady
ILoveKickboxing Bedford is AMAZING! It has made me more energized throughout the day I haven't lost weight but I have gained muscle. I can do a lot more of the warm-up exercises without feeling exhausted. For anybody looking to lose weight and gain more energy should totally check this out. The instructors are so awesome and want you to achieve your goals. They always keep pushing you and motivating you and won't let you feel like a failure.

This Gym is Awesome
I had my first workout today . Juan stayed with me the whole way and showed me the ropes.Serena led a total kick butt class. Even the other people in the class were friendly and encouraging.The workout really kept the heart rate going and the calories burning. I felt it was a great stress reliever too and actually felt great afterwards. I think one of the things that I liked the most was the friendly and encouraging atmosphere. Even though they are friendly they will still hold you accountable to help you reach your goals. This is what makes them different from your typical gym. The music is great , they make it fun but it is still a kick butt workout!!ghly recommend I Love Kickboxing in Bedford,TX.

I Highly recommend I Love Kickboxing in Bedford,TX. I just joined http://www.ilovekickboxingbedfordtx.com/ . I had my first workout today . Come Join
I have been enjoying my first week at the Bedford location. The staff is very helpful. They help correct your stance and body posture. The music selection gets the body pumping. People who attend help others. Jordan, Juan and Serena have been of great help as well.

Melt Fat Away FAST!
I love this place! Not only are the staff great and truly push you to your limits, but they make you feel like a friend and sincerely like seeing you in class. I love the energy and results I am getting from the workouts and have took the works home with me. I couldn't have found a better place to make a healthier me. Thanks ILKB Family!
